Title
Study of the Supply-demand Value Chain in E-Commerce
Description
The presence of e-commerce related to supply chain management in recent years has become a determinant of the company's success. The economic slowdown and the Covid-19 pandemic have tested this method into a real case of effective integration and implementation of SCM and e-commerce. Supply chain management processes; information, products, and financial flows are organized in an effective management which then describes the ways e-commerce to be integrated into supply chain management to gain a competitive advantage in a dynamic business environment. E-commerce has the capacity to impact the physical, information and financial flows of the supply chain.
